Yes, the un-necessary OHD announcement straight after the positive Li announcement made me scratch my head but I put to "lack of communication skill". But yes the fact that the announcement was just a DUD and un-necessary and all it did was dragged SP down ... makes you wonder ... and CR which, while expected to take place one day, it came much sooner than anyone anticipated (specially that they had said the projects where fully funded). The CR or "SPP" somehow HAD TO come before drilling results when SP was at long time low ... seemingly defies logic BUT again, makes you wonder ... then the options as part of the SPP, besides being FREE, more importantly the exercise price was set at a lowly 1.8 cents, not far from the left to decay SP of 1.3-1.5 cents at the time ... AND AGAIN makes you wonder.

I guess someone out there anticipated there "could" be some good Li to come out of drilling and they thought ... Hmmm, it is a good time to do an "institutional" CR with free and cheap exercise option before potentially good Li ruin the party!!!

I think this management is much more clever than me and you @fooca or most of the GPP SHs! For one thing, they have been enjoying sitting on the couch and for many many years making SHs pay them money WITHOUT producing ANYTHING.

All I can guess ... or rather "speculate" (since this is a spec stock), is; lucky "Mates"!


... all nothing more than just a conspiracy theory of course ... at least for now. I am sure ASIC has handled a few of them cases and they will know how to deal with it if at all the case or necessary.


I can also hope one thing ... the drilling results better be good ... because the story may only then begin!
