If the insto's were selling wouldn't they have to anounce a change/cease of substancial holdings?

Like I have said before the only major shareholder that listed a change of holdings was Barclays who had announced their intention to do so in december.

I have also heard since that Barclays Group has a computer that makes the descisions. (from another poster, don't know how true that is)
