    Hey Anomaly

All the others must have disappeared off this one? Where is FS. Well maybe BLT long history/past performance was not going to give anyone a cheer up or create much interest this month.

I'm holding l/t and interesting what you noted re crossings have been watching as well and the quiet volumes - so who?

Pfizer? assume they don't need to buy probably have options provided and have the Hep C anyway which despite not much in news is apparently quite a serious problem worldwide and growing.

Did some research though and saw Pratt sold as substantial recently on patent Jan news but who wouldn't when you are providing finance and your options come due at a reasonable price of 20 odd cents. Interestingly though why would one of Australia's richest be interested in first place in assisting BLT if they were unsure of future.

Also found going back that as part of previous deals for funding and joint ventures with patent rights etc there are options held by Artemis being Rothschild also Promega and Kanilo. Not that this is unusual business practice but why continue to hold or be involved in first place these are not small players.

Anyway the deal with Pfizer is/will be huge and you don't waste money and counsel on fighting in the supreme court circuits in US on patent stuff which is generally regarded as rather specialist area anyway particularly in diff. jurisdiction without knowing you are fairly certain of succeeding. Think the next challenge is due in Feb from memory so here's hoping they win or T decline the challenge.

    Cheers

    WT
