How big is this proposed CR supposed to be? The more specific you can be the easier we can tell if you were or weren't BS'ing us once the announcement is released advising of a CR. Generally when I get given a heads up, specifics of the subject matter are provided, otherwise I consider suspect.


I hope you are BS'ing us as I would prefer debt financing.

Will be interesting but to me the meaning of 'material funding transaction' and based on previous CR announcements, this is something different to a CR and is VERY SIGNIFICANT - could it be funding for an acquisition or increase output with phase 3 or further, I am unsure.
