He has a history of making stuff up JK. I seriously doubt whether he could provide any factual reasoning behind his spruiking of a capital raise. He is what is known as a stock basher. We could announce tomorrow that we have bolted on the next 200ktpa plant and have signed an agreement with BMM Ispat to sell them everything we produce, and he would still try and tell us there is going to be a capital raise. That's just how he rolls.
