I'm happy with my reply mate. I completely agree with what you say, it definitely was technically a capital raise, but it was not your common garden variety capital raise.
I think the vast majority of investors would consider the situation with First Samuel to be a good thing, whereas in most cases, your common garden variety capital raise is not such a good thing.
Cheers for the sentiment though. Either way, my belief in what we are doing, and where I'll be sipping my bourbon in 10 years just gets stronger. I honestly believe that I will be quite smugly happy tomorrow morning.
