You are correct that we are currently not needing capital injection, or Litio within the next 6 months.
The legal case itself represent a great risk to the venture. if Codelco wins, it'll make large and institutional investors flee LPI, although Chile is the
most capitalist in the
region, it's still a
socialist country which is running under a
minority government.
choosing partnership
after Codelco win would give Codelco the upper hand, plus lost of investor confident would be the real cost.
My main point is
LPI is under a lot of
uncertainty.
1 - The expired offtake MOU with Fulin,
2 - Delay in Sales of Argentina assets,
3 - and potential lost of Litio case
4 - No good progress news expected within the next 2 months
