Fair points Satori. I feel Uran has been frustrated / delayed on most fronts by the vagaries of the various parties they are dealing with. Its not like they have a permitted area to explore but have been slack getting it started - they need (many and constantly changing it seems)others permission.
On Pribram though I have to agree with you and I do find it a little disturbing that there seems no explanation for the delays here. From previous statements I envisaged that bulk sampling would be nearing completion by now - not another six months away (minimum as you point out - when does it start?).
I was looking for Pribram production to provide opex (time) to secure Ukraine and other projects.
It does look now to me that FS in Ukraine is likely to be prior to this, funded from existing cash.
I feel Uran has done a lot of hard groundwork to establish an excellent platform to move forward on a number of fronts - just hope 4m is enough to start bringing this groundwork to fruition. Down to the wire?
