Hi b, as you should be quite aware of mate I have a postive outlook on this stock, that does not mean I should not also look ahead realistically AND pragmatically, some folk see CR s as a huge negative and in the past perhaps there was some credence to this.
I would continue to hold in the medium term future if another was done FOR COMPELLING REAONS and at a MUCH higher sp,
5 mill to draw on and cash flow postive will be GREAT, that said if Admedus wishes to R&D and bring to market as many products as they can then 5 mill redraw and cash flow postive will not be enough to do so, imo, it may be enough to ‘keep the lights on’ but that won’t cut it, we want our ‘lights’ to be seen from Outer Space, lol.
Do you honestly believe that will allow Admedus to ‘barrel ahead’ (available redraw and being cash flow
postive), MOMENTUM is absolutely imperative, imo.
Why would another CR, at a much higher sp, perhaps debt free from being cash flow postive, BE A NEGATIVE if Admedus wished to continue its momentum and had ‘proof’, sound and solid Qtry reports, that it was a emerging player.
CR s are perhaps a ‘dirty’ word for a spec stock but would you argue that for a blue chip stock? If not then we may have to realise that for a speccy to ‘become’ a blue chip then CR s will be a fact of Life, folk will either see Admedus as the real deal down the track and remain as investors or bail out.
There has been considerable angst over this CR and many would not have tolerated it being mentioned before hand but that will not not make it less true.
Reality is perhaps this, I believe folk are underestimating the challenge ahead for Admedus to be a 100% success, how would anyone expect Admedus to put out its dozen or so new products, continue R&D, hire new staff etc without this CR and perhaps ones in the future!
This CR was not welcomed by some but it keeps us in the ‘game’ and the lights on.
