Well firstly I am pleasantly surprised to hear a rational view from an avid AVB fan.

I think if they are prepared to be very patient (including enduring the sp fallback) then holding a OZL controlled AVB is a reasonable decision. But many thinking of doing this might be tempted to sell now, buying back later.

As one who fears OZL is overpaying I am not sure any subsequent 2nd offer from OZL would be at a higher price, but you can hope, as I can that OZL will find/create such better value.

I reckon most will be waiting until about a week out from bid close.
