You do go on about finding out about God in a book that is claimed to have been inspired by God himself.
So why don't you go about finding out about evolution from books that are written by people who study and research the subject for a living?
You wouldn't want to find out about Christianity by reading the Quran would you?
In a similar manner you won't find out about evolution by reading material in creationist websites etc.
If you want to refute something in a sensible way, I suggest that as a first step, that you understand the "something".
