I think it is just market sentiment. It is beginning to look like it is not the end of the world as far as the financial markets go so money is starting to flow back into the market tentatively as confidence ensues.
The market had valued FDL at up to 16 cents per share before market forces (not problems with FDL) caused it to drop.
