Hi Madgwick,

There is never an good time to consolidate, however it seems to work if a company's business model can support the new base and drive development.

If we were consolidating just to start another round of capital raisings and to keep the lights on then i'd be against it, but in this instance NSL has just entered and begun an new stage of expansion and sustained growth.

Now is as good as time as ever to do it.
