My concern about the short approval time being thrown about, and it's only a minor concern, is what happens if they don't achieve a fast approval and the process does in fact take the time TheChoice is suggesting. Although the timeline itself will have no impact on the approval ultimately being granted, it's the market reaction if the management don't deliver on the short time frame they suggested. We see how fickle this is, the management's suggestion will be interpreted as a promise, and non-delivery will be interpreted as a failure. It will just add potential fuel to future management bashing posts really....

I'm not personally up to speed on the process, but TheChoice's previous analysis and information provided is comprehensive. While it is hopefully a good thing that the process has been streamlined, it's not often you see a bureaucratic process drastically speed up ;-)

As you said 300588, I'm hoping that management do outline their expectations in the announcement and that they do deliver on any expedited claim as it will add further credibility. Or conversely, that they don't make any bullish statements if they can't deliver.
