Actually I'm pretty sure I haven't. There is NO life-of-mine off-take agreement for TNG titanium dioxide products. That statement is incorrect and yet another example of TNG's poor attention to detail. What has been signed is a MOU for sales and marketing. That is not an off-take agreement.
