I am really struggling to see anything new here. The Federal approval was basically a "given" after NT approval & the rest of the announcement has been copy & pasted a dozen times already. Progress perhaps but the pointy end is over the horizon & we are riding there on the back of a snail. Albeit one with an extremely overpaid reins-man. Bottom drawer still...
