And may be the deal was badly handled by the Nicholson Group of Companies and not Republic and Republic decided they needed to let share holders know what the actual situation was - plus it sure looks like someone is accumulating as I too thought the share price would tumble further on the bad news so may be part two of the story is about to play out and the saga continues
