Greedy I think you should do some research on banking and stockbroking before you make the comments you are making. Or better still just don't talk about what you don't know.
Nominee accounts have nothing to do with the banks trading shares. The shares held by nominees are still owned by the individual holder and that owner instructs the nominee to buy/sell.
Having a nominee account only gives the shareholder access to cheaper brokerage, margin lending and a whole range of other services that some brokers can't offer.
