Had a brief look. Loads of waffle and double speak/jargon.
In medicine, there is a rule that if a patient presents with more than 5 complaints, there is generally nothing wrong with them. I suspect the same rule applies to 120 page statements of claim. When in doubt/on dodgy ground, make it as long winded as possible.
