I got one of those too, rang them and they only wanted to tell me about the now unconditional $1 offer. They also re-iterated the so-called 41% premium to the pre takeover price and asked if I intended accepting. Gave them a resounding NO due to the exploration potential and future production expansion and expected future divvies.
Would recommend you do the same if this is also your intention as every shareholder who responds with "offer inadequate" would presumably be added to their database and therefore increase the chance for a higher offer.
