I think this is a do or die with CBA. They need to get it absolutely right and no room for error.
I understand little patience is required, but the pilot could take another 12 months, not to mention the potential loss of opportunities in pursuing other clients (small to medium practices) and loss of income. After all, they are still income to the business.
But then, what do I know? They must be very confident to put all their eggs in one basket.
