I am a strong advocate for Cannapil but the main issue of MXC is its 1.2 billion shares dilution. Furthermore, if we also take their options issued into account, it will be well above 1.2 billions! It is hard to justify its market cap with its 81k sales revenue last quarter. Also, their expected profit for cannipil is only 1 million, in this sense, the current SP is well overvalued.
Correct me if I am wrong.
