I do think we are getting very close now. One thing that is not immediately apparent in the Mundarlo vend was investigating Cobar in the 70,s and before. Mick Wilson has been here since he left uni pretty much. Nearly 50 years of combined knowledge that I would think will show in years to come. Mick is still very young and is already one of the absolute top Cobar geologists as well as being a Base metals and PGE specialist. This should not be underestimated for its value.
I think it’s a great vote of confidence in the assets that Tim and Gary came on board but to have such a young MD with what we are sitting on it could be a start of a dynasty of epic proportions.
I have roughly back of the envelope come up with about $1 billion in contained metal just with Collerina and Canbelgo alone. I wouldn’t make an investment decision based on that as it doesn’t have a scientific basis for its computation. Throw in Cobar Gold, Cobar Cobalt, Chile maybe a Scandium/PGE/REE,s deposit just to round it out and who knows what else. Oh an Mundarlo, sheesh.
