Hi pangzi, as long as 88E does not need to spend this money it is nonesense, yes.
But if they come to a point where they (hardly) need it, then it was the best decision with these conditions they could do.
If I remember right it was beginning of 2017, shortly after a London investor briefing 88E announced a CR.
Much disappointment to read here, also "nonesense" and so on.
But 88E failed to present flow results still in 2017. SP went down, and it was the best decision to do the CR prior the IW#2 program. Thats risk mgmt. If someone likes it or not.
