Completely agree rooster. The manufacturer is employed by JAT to manufacture a product. Therefor JAT is the applicant.
But it’s such minor details that you keep bringing up @TheChoice - it’s not the issue of the ‘applicant’ title. Whether it be NCA on behalf of JAT/GK or something of the like.
The issue is having the application submitted and getting approval. All speculation around time frames. Going with what the company has advised and rooster as an attendant at the GM...who asked all the right questions and got answers.
