    I think we need to change this thread title to - Now is the time to be a long term investors of Telstra
    I can't wait till the Penn nay sayers are proven wrong as other businesses pick up the slack, security $up, and IOT (currently 200mil, what happens to share price when this is 1billion in a few years time)
    cutting costs with Digitisation program etc "We also increased our target by a further $500 million and we currently intend to deliver more than $1.5 billion in net cost productivity by FY22."
    And then i just read some nuffty saying why would they cut dividends Penn has to go - well to become a better, sustainable company they pay out 80-90% of profits and re-invest the rest like a good company should.

    David Thodey took us from 2.60 to 6+ (lucky i sold most from 5-5.70) Penn stepped in at the high, hard times considering, now lets see if he can take us from 2.8 back to 5+
