I am not down ramping this stock though I feel if you pay over 50cents currently, you are paying a premium for a stock who's income is focused one reserve.
It is also reliant on trucks transporting oil to refinery so consistent flows and income cannot be guaranteed. Any increase in production will be held back by delivery. Their targets for delivery are around 20,000BOPD which is a good target though I havent seen a plan on how they plan to do this.
Growth is slow and currently pouring all their profits in finding new wells and defining the reserve.
Just concerned whether they can deliver more than the 8000BOPD currently because their wells can pump more.
