In the event of PE victory (I still assign a 50/50 chance to this as don't think we know the full story) I think some people may still be still very disappointed, why?? .... I've seen some very large numbers brandied around on what FAR will make on success based on the value of the asset NOW ...... my thoughts and just purely IMO. FAR will not have taken it to this point without a backer in the wind (my gut feel is CNOOC) as they'd look pretty stupid getting PE reset only to not be in a position to exercise it, for the big boys to commit to back FAR there would have to be something very substantial in it for them, this backing would have been committed to when price of oil was still in the $40 to $50 range and will probably go something along the lines of, if you get the asset we'll pay for it and slip you an extra $xx .... I'll be surprised if that figure is more than say $30M as otherwise it wouldn't have stacked up at the time of the agreement to the other party (as such if we win PE the backing party will be the ones having the big party!). Hope I'm wrong and the backing is structured in another way but I doubt it. Personally not really worried about how PE works out and any win is a bonus as our assets are superb and will eventually give a significant cashflow stream for a long time. Just trying to keep it real homies

Doc I want to come to your party!
