    Guys , I always thought they would pull off a very low ball offer for the company when things got bad enough , who Jim -Jam , Ching-Chan or WSA .2 main holder selldown may be to create a bit of distance so that 2 holders don't decide the company's fate .Could have the Iron Ore lined up to cut the little guys right out of it .Just wild speculation ,guess well see eh! .
