ps of bendigos choices i found colchicine the best. I was never in love with permanent medication and anti inflams just mask the pain....a little bit.
colchicine may take 8 or so hours to start working but it will clear gout up quickly after that. any minor side effects (nausea, diarrhoea) are soooo worth it.
