You are absolutely spot on and as you say with a specy such as SBN you can never eliminate the high risk factor.
On the flip side of the coin along with that high risk factor comes potentially high rewards. Each investor has to decide, considering their own circumstances, whether they can handle the risk/reward ratio.

Just one more point I would like to make, is that it does not necessarily equate that the lower the share price the higher the risk. Market cap is vital. In terms of news that is factored in at the moment SBN could justify its modest market cap on IP property alone.

Besides six months ago who would have thought Centro was high risk?
