As a few posters have done already if you take the time to make a list of the POSITIVE things going for RAU then it is not really worth while getting sour because one side in the deal has DECIDED NOT TO PLAY BALL AT THE MOMENT.

I wonder how many business deals are accepted straight away. How many house sales are accepted on the first offer ????
