I am iffy on this, I have the XJO and the dow on both daily and weekly touching a trend line on the way up. Whether it bounces or penetrates is really hard to call.
The Daily XJO is also touching the mid bollinger which in a bearish market you would expect to cause a bounce down.
So lets say 70% probability of a downward move next week 30% upward. But really hard to call. Interest rate falls in the US may have some traction - microsoft bid for yahoo may push things up - the bond insurer crisis may take center stage and push things down.
