After watching hedge funds collapse, what has happened to MFS, Centro who knows why what we think are professional people like Harbinger do things.

Either they know something the market does not know or are relying on MMX assurances.

Are they factoring a settlement factor for CHM given original long term target for $7 mmx so therefore still percieve value.

Again returning to the statement of claim it is alleged that MMX received a direct benefit from an illegal act which it appears they are a party too and CHM was the aggrieved party.

Corporation Act is very clear as to remedies available.

Beside MMX shareholders in this forum being pissed off as it has impacted on MMX SP therefore want CHM just to go away on what basis do people think there is no case.

MMX have said they accounted for funds but have provided no answer as to how they suddenly had CHM shares to sell to raise cash to pay for assets.
