    to answer your second question... YES!! im banking on no news from tanzania to help aid a CR,
    KNL getting low on funds and offering a greater discount to raise the funds!!! Recent buying by the director IMO is not news driven are most hoping for, more of an attempt to rally the troops in buying to possiblly get the VWAP...

    that's my play !!! you may not like it or agree with it...

    All IMO of course..
