I don't think they will nor it's required. Lepu Medical already holds 15%. With their help, hopefully it will be a lot faster & easier to push into the chinese market.
My family member owns a business overseas & had problem penetrating the chinese market. A big chinese company bought a stake in his company & problem solved!
Also this is 100% Australian company, Star Combo has been around for 10+ years.
