Yes the Milestone shares were a big surprise, not because they weren't expected but the fact that the accounting standards allowed for the sale of cameras to be included in revenue.
Notwithstanding this those shares were always meant to be included down the track, as are the next final tranche will be included eventually.
There is no likelihood for a CR IMO, I understand that others consider it likely but perhaps thats just another means to scare off potential investors and current holders - Eagleview effectively reimburse ALL US expenses and so with in excess of $7 million in the kitty plus revenue to follow and cash inflows from Eagleview costs this will cover outgoings.
I believe that this current quarter will start the flow of the US royalties which have been long awaited. And it will only grow quarter on quarter - and the current share price will finally be recognised as being extremely cheap based on that earnings base alone, notwithstanding Australian sales which are only beginning to ramp up.

IMO there will be a time soon to come when investors will realise that they had the chance to buy and hold at ultra low prices, which are unlikely to come once royalties begin to flow.

Seems to me there are a few who are currently exiting who will regret it!

And although I am not sure about the timing of that recent director purchase I do see it as a barometer of what insiders consider about the current state of play with the company (those shares were purchased around 4.7 cents).

And we have the AGM in 2 weeks time, hopefully the company will provide a bit more clarity of how things are going at that time - from my own experience I have found the new CEO, Jason Waller, to be a very approachable and refreshingly informative (but of course not providing any confidential information!) person. I hope that SFI finally decides to provide some split up of its revenue, from Camera sales, to royalties to Australian sales. That would go a long way into providing clarity to the company position and also give more confidence to investors. I understand that Eagleview has some say into what might be divulged, but definitely SFI can provide information on a quantitative basis that will allow clarity into its operations. This will alleviate a share price that is an absolute steal for Eagleview currently.
