It becomes a little clearer now.
So if a Hot Copper member makes a complaint regarding something that he/she considers a breach of the TOU or guidlnes and makes their belief {rightly or wrongly} on the TOU violator, this is the proper place therefor to do so.
Interesting.
So why then have people been suspended for making a report of tou violation, accused of flaming?
