When the SP goes from 0.050 to 0.300 most will vote no to even 0.600 TO offer.

But if the SP then drops from 0.300 to .100 in rapid fall a lot of holders, that are under water will take 0.150 TO offer.
And will bite your hand off to snap the 0.200 offer. (Especially retail holders)
A lot less than 0.400, an offer holders would just laugh off not so long ago.
