My recent experience with Telstra was two weeks ago to upgrade my phone. The service I recieved in the Perth city centre store was very average. However despite this melancholy I'm happy to hold. I do think there's a future for Telstra. If it's management can get their act together Telstras best days might be ahead and not behind them.
The 2nd Industrial Revolution ended in 2008, as technology speeds up we are going see changes like never before in this 3rd chapter. We're going see technology change health care, manufacturing, vehicles, energy, cities and agriculture. By 2020 they'll be 20billion devices connected to the internet. Smart technologies will play a massive role in our lives as they are already doing. Telstra has a competitive market advantage against its peers, I'm confident it will be back.
