How is my greed in wanting to see CHM succeed therefore increase share value different to you wanting MMX to win and therefore increase in MMX SP
Again I ask based on SOC it is alleged that CHM cash and shares somehow ended in Nicu hands (now MMX) which allowed MMX to acquire assets. Why are posters like spiderman and others so adament there is no case.
If the SOC is true then the law is clear in that the aggreived party has a right to the benefits of these transactions and the parties who committed acts can have assets stripped by courts.
Please provide a rational explanation as to why the case "will be laughed out of court"
