• 0.53 - "If we had built gen 2 datacentres 1.5 years earlier they would be full and billing". That tells me Craig believes our GEN 2 datacentres (120MW - Gen 1 and Gen 2) should be sold within 1.5 years. I recall the Morgan's analysts predicting a share price of $16 on utilisation of 120MW.

Extrapolating this out. 300MW would equate to SP of $40. I don’t think it's unreasonable to fill up 300MW in 5 years.

• 1.28 - "the second general facilities are going to go in a blink of an eye" reinforcing the above timeframes

• 3.08 - "we are going to have 300MW in capacity and that is in Australia". This comment is likely to mean we are going to expand outside Australia.

• 3.18 - "We have actually barely just started" - if you think 300MW is big and a SP of $7.62 is great wait till you see the growth ahead. Working in the IT industry for Tier 1 US companies I know the AI megatrend is yet to start. We have 20-30 years of double digit growth ahead of us. AI as an industry is projected to be $19.9 trillion alone.

• 3.47 "we brought a new institutional investor onboard, UniSuper" - What I like about what Craig is doing is keeping our register diverse. Each one of the last 3 cap raising has been completed by a different broker and different cornerstone investor. Craig is consciously preventing a takeover which is great for us all as we continue to ride this wave. Up until the announcement of the Gen 3 land purchases I didn’t realise the rate of growth. The analysts 12 month price targets of $8-$9 doesn’t event factor material contracts. When the contracts get signed expect to see them revised up significantly.

I am super bullish on NXT since the land purchase announcement. I don't think the market truly appreciates that announcement. On top of the $15k SPP I purchased another 10,000 shares @7.52. I genuinely think NXT will experience 500-1000% growth in the next 5-10 years. GLTAH
