Refractory gold treatments:
Flotation to upgrade %S/gold content, treat tails with standard CIP/CIL if any gold content. Could grab any 'free' gold up front with knelsons or gemini before floats and chuck grav con straight into gold room. The float concentrate would then go to 1, 2, 3 or some variant thereof:

1. BIOX (bugs) as pointed out earlier (proprietry tech), then CIP/CIL and elution circuit

2. Roasting (dead, partial, other) followed by CN calcine leach

3. Sell cons to third party for toll treatment/credits.

Neither 1. nor 2. are particularly cheap/easy but then again neither is gold right now.
