Mikey - this happens all the time with the rebirths - the only thing is that within the resource boom, dirt and old 1960's data with a hint of a paleochannel can keep the monkeys coming back for more soph selling. LOL

As always people get stung after a delisted company is bought for $200,000 and is then injected with vast amounts of shares and a couple of $million at 1/10 of a cent and FP at 1/2 a cent from the new owner of the "entity" and his assoc. "colleagues". Many get stung, but a few fly away ala DYL, FSL (now SRK) etc.

The delisted bios or change of business plans like BRO etc in uranium or a bio turning to gold is all part and parcel of the market. It is the same in other sectors - the one to look out for are the backdoor jobs where real comnanies with real promise can all of a sudden appear within the entity - this is how you make money if you are unable to participate in the prelim re-listing.

Unethical practices do exist but so do legalities. It is up to the punter to decide his risk profile when throwing his pennies around.

QTK looks gone....she'll be bought again, re-named and the process will continue. She was a decent trade though.
