NS, any JV negotiations would be kept under strict wraps, and I doubt we would hear anything until the ink had dried.
It is exceedingly unlikely that a company that won't even create a functioning website would go to all that trouble just for the shareholders. I think while they may have stopped short of stamping a big red 'by-product' sign on the front of the report, we have been given a reasonably good impression of the information that is circulating behind the scenes.

Regarding my censored post, it was the result of my own TOU, and was responded to within minutes of my submission (I realised it included incorrect and misleading information). Personally I have always been satisfied with the degree of moderation on these forums, but even I was surprised with the speed of the response. No complaints from me - I take my hat of to anyone who would volunteer their time for the thankless job of keeping the ferals from driving HC into the ground, and I have a personal distaste for mod-baiting.
Back to PAX, I feel we are in an events vacuum until a partner for L.C is secured, though I am still expecting SP appreciation as the sector grows in GDYs scattered light. I am curious about De Graaf's repeated intention to acquire an advanced-stage, commercial-ready international project - I just wonder how Panax could possibly afford to secure such a project at this stage, and whether that would be an appropriate use of our limited funds.
On a side note, does anyone know how to activate the spell-check function for HC? I am using Firefox on a Vista Ultimate operating system, and have selected the 'check spelling as I type' option with no success. Has anyone else experienced a similar problem and discovered a solution?
