No I'm suggesting arbitration to be finalised before WPL FID unless they are happy with high risk investments locking in hundreds of millions for some years till they might eventually get that money back via some uncertain and unknown process. What if arbitration drags on to 2020?
FAR and CNE have nothing to lose in arbitration except perhaps some time if WPL are ejected and new player enters and gets up to speed on the human resources WPL is providing as development lead.
