the problem for FMS is that it has Masters beyond the board of FMS.
Todd is the banker for FMS.
so the results, the interpretation of those results, and the plans laid for the way forward based on the results of that Maturation work, need to be provided to BBIG, and Todd.
I guess the work would have been completed by consultants, so the report from consultants would be confidential and FMS would need to ensure the contents were not released without their approval.
Absolutely guaranteed that BBIG would be privvy to this info, because the ability of FMS to supply the BBIG proposal is absolutely THE most critical element of the BBIG project. No ore = no project.

So the results, and the resultant plans would need to go thru the extra layers of BBIG and Todd. Both their mgt and Boards.
Everybody would have a say.
They would also need to consider what extra work needs to be done, and how the next steps would be funded.
These results would affect everything.
So ASX only allows a T/H to occur for 2 trading days - then it goes into Suspension.
