General shareholders meeting?, page-23

An update to my latest post & this confirms that emails work better than phone calls.

I just had a return phone call from Jonathon as Chris had forwarded my email to him for action.

Short version is that they are working on it.

Longer version follows (and I hope I have it all correct as he meant and intended).

He advises that because the CR was not completed until 30th April, it is leaving them short of time to give sufficient notice (28 days ) for a Meeting before 28th May date. It sounds as though all announcements have to be run past ASX beforehand to meet compliance issues. (someone else may know better than me).

He did say that they may be able to get an extension from the Seller (which I originally suspected in one of my earlier posts).

My take on the situation;

1. Chris & Jonathon both responded to my email.
2. Per his phone call, they are working on it.
3. New guys are running the Company & they are trying to get on top of everything.

I suggest that we give him some breathing space & see what happens.cheers dc.
