Asian companies predominantly use a term called "Paid-up capital" which means that Vivotek have 'deposited' 'locked-in' and committed almost $20M to the authorities there, before they can trade as a public company.
You are confising the "paid-up capital" with their 'market capitalisation' which is in excess of $70M.
Mate, whichever way you look at this, it is a coup of the best kind, and the much-needed cash-flow, pick-and-pack heaven for ZYLotech.
