Yep, although going by recent volumes hard to see it breaking 63 cents today - unless there is a keen buyer out there.

However, as a positive the buying depth is looking better than it has in a while when compared to sellers:

29 buyers for 495,482 units
40 sellers for 527,557 units

Still a deficit but not by much.
